8.2 Grading Policy

8.3 Student Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically in all interactions with the Institution, faculty, staff, and fellow students. The Student Code of Conduct is available in the Academic Catalog.
9. Tuition and Refund Policy
Tuition and fee information is published on our Tuition & Fees page and in the Academic Catalog. The refund policy for students who withdraw is as follows:

10.1 No Warranty
THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ARE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALEPH UNIVERSITY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.2 Educational Outcomes
While Aleph University strives to provide quality education, we do not guarantee specific outcomes including employment, salary levels, professional licensure, or career advancement. Student success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond the Institution's control.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALEPH UNIVERSITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE INSTITUTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aleph University, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved as follows:
- Informal Resolution: Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Broward County, Florida
- Jurisdiction: Any litigation shall be conducted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida
14. Modifications to Terms
Aleph University reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
