TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALEPH UNIVERSITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE INSTITUTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

• Informal Resolution: Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days
• Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Broward County, Florida
• Jurisdiction: Any litigation shall be conducted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida

14. Modifications to Terms

Aleph University reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability
