Transfer Credit Evaluation Process
The transfer credit evaluation process involves the following steps:
Submit Official Transcripts
Request official transcripts to be sent directly from your previous institution(s) to Aleph University's Admissions Office.
Provide Course Documentation
Submit course descriptions, syllabi, or catalog descriptions for courses you wish to transfer. This documentation helps our academic team evaluate course equivalency.
Academic Review
Our academic team will review your transcripts and course documentation to determine equivalency with Aleph University courses.
Receive Evaluation Results
You will receive an official transfer credit evaluation indicating which credits have been approved for transfer and how they will apply to your degree program.
International Transcripts
Students with academic credentials from institutions outside the United States must provide:
- Official transcripts in the original language
- Certified English translations of all documents not originally in English
- A credential evaluation from a recognized evaluation service (such as WES, ECE, or similar NACES member agencies)
Important Considerations
- Transfer credits will appear on your Aleph University transcript as "Transfer Credit" without a grade.
- Transfer credits do not affect your Aleph University GPA.
- Transfer credit decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are final.
- Transfer credit requests should be submitted before the first term of enrollment.
