Language Proficiency Requirements
To enroll at Aleph University, prospective students whose first language is not English must possess college-level English ability.
English Language Proficiency
English language proficiency can be demonstrated through standardized tests. The following tests and minimum scores are accepted:

Paper-delivered Test: Results will be reviewed on an individual basis. |
Pearson Test of English Academic Score Report | Overall score of 120 Sub score results must be submitted. |

Additional Ways to Prove English Proficiency
In addition to standardized tests, English proficiency can be demonstrated through:
High School Education
Students who have successfully finished four years of high school in the US or another English-speaking country.
Prior College Education
Having completed 30 semester credits from an English-taught college or university that is duly accredited.
B-2 Level Certification
Proof that the applicant has completed a B-2 level course in a duly licensed university or institution.
Conditional Admission
Pursuing a B-2 level certification within the first two academic terms from an English language study program, such as Aleph University's English course.
Test Score Validity
English proficiency test scores are generally valid for two years from the test date. Scores older than two years may require retesting or additional documentation.
How to Submit Test Scores
Official test scores must be sent directly from the testing organization to Aleph University:
- Request scores to be sent electronically when available
- Include your full name and date of birth as it appears on your application
- Allow 2-4 weeks for scores to be received and processed
- Self-reported scores may be used for preliminary admission decisions, but official scores are required for final enrollment
